The staff manager lists all the members in your league.  This is where you can select which members can access any admin features you want them to view.

News - Check this box to allow the member to add/edit/delete news posts.

Newsletter - If you want a member to be able to send a MGL message to all/selected people in your league

League Info - Check this box to let the member view/edit all your league information

Manage Staff - Check this box to allow that member to edit any other members admin privileges

Games - Allows the member to add/remove any game for your league

Tournaments - Check this box to let the member create tournaments

Options - Check this box to let the member change/view all your league options

Upgrades - Check to allow that member to view the league upgrade options
